The Kölschstange is small, slender, and dangerously underestimated. Precisely because it doesn't look like a large glass, it keeps coming back for more. For Hajo's Biertasting, it's a perfect symbol: it's not the quantity that makes the evening, but the moment when everyone starts telling stories.
